Hi,
I'm having a few problems with my site (Joomla admin) and have I decided to re-install (over the top) the latest (or recommended) templates, extensions, plugins etc.

I downloaded the t3 Plugin from the Base 3 downloads and can't install it.
I get two messages (options?) after the aborted installation:
One: Not having enough upload file size. I have 24M assigned in my php.ini is that not enough?
The other says: 'unable to find install package' - perhaps that is the issue?

Any suggestions, greatly appreciated.

Do you have any problems installing other large ish extensions? Akeeba perhaps - do they install?

Just tried and you are correct. Akeeba has the same problem.
The answer is to increase the upload Mb in php.ini, or something else?

Anything happened with permissions, server upgrade?

Yes you could try upgrading the php.ini and also then check with the hosting company that this change can take affect
