Error displaying the error page

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

Hi all,
A Base 3 site that has been running perfectly for some time is now throwing this error:

Error displaying the error page: Application Instantiation Error: Failed to start the session because headers have already been sent by "/home/treefrui/public_html/includes/framework.php" at line 1.

Probably not template related, but has anyone seen this error or know how to fix it?

If you can help, that would be great; if not, sorry for wasting your time with this.

Thanks, Nick

Thanks for looking. I resolved the issue.
If anyone else comes across this problem, update your PHP version to 5.3 (mine was 5.1). I hope this helps someone.
(Wasted a day looking for a solution.)
Regards, Nick

Thanks Paul, I replied too soon... This time it is a template issue.
The site is now online but Zentools is not working.
On the Home page the slideshow (banner position) is not working, and neither are the two carousels further down the page.
Not sure why. Any suggestions?
Site is here: www.treefruit.com.au/

And Zenkit 2.1.3 (more appropriate as using K2 on this site)

Have you tried loading an earlier version of jquery from jqueryeasy?

It's running J 1.11.2 - as it has been for quite some time.
I was hoping it was a browser cache issue, but clearing cache has not helped, and neither has clearing cache in Joomla.
Strange thing though, my laptop (running Linux Mint) looks fine.

With the site I see

jquery.flexslider.min.js:10 Uncaught TypeError: r.controlNav.live is not a function

jquery.isotope.min.js:11 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'apply' of undefined

So it is a js error by the look of it - did you have a conflict before and that is why you are using jquery easy?

Thanks Paul,
Yes there may have been a conflict (testing my memory now).
I've turned JQuerie off, but it does not seem to have made any difference.

At the moment I'm seeing every extension broken as no jquery is being loaded as its showing a 404 for the jquery file

If you can open a ticket we can take a look for you

Thanks

Thanks Paul,
That would be awesome if someone could have a look. I've never really understood the js/mootools/bootstrap/template, and now PHP version, interaction.
I'm tempted to start afresh using your latest template and dumping all the 'old' stuff that seems to be giving me grief.
