Content disappeared after T3 update

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

Actually Zenbase 1.2.4 and T3 Framework 2.5.3
I upgraded to the latest T3 Framework, which worked fine, BUT then I decided to play around with the Mega Menu - which was never really well implemented on the site from the beginning.
I made some changes to the template navigation, saved, went back to the site and... NO content at all,
see here: cherries.org.au/
So I changed the menu back again, but still no content.
Not sure what I have done, but I am sure my client will be chasing me soon.
If anyone has suggestion, please get back to me ASAP.
Thanks, Nick

Forgot to mention that there was also a K2 update in there as well; and a Joomla 3.5 update.
Perhaps these are not playing well together?

Hi Nick

General advice from jb seems to be that you should download t3 from their template page, not the latest from t3. So 2.4.x not 2.5.x

You mention a k2 upgrade, i had few issues last week when testing k2 2.7.0. In several cases the new k2 did not work with k2 plugins. In my case we lost admin function and content, so worth disabling k2 plugins to see if that helps.

A few thoughts for you.
Cheers Ian

Thanks Ian,
Downgraded to 2.4.7 for t3 (off JB website), even did the LESS to CSS thing...
No change, still no content.

Anyone know if it's possible to go backwards with K2? And if that might be the issue?

Hi Nick

My understanding is you cannot go back with k2, unless you restore from backup.

Have you tried turning off k2 specific third party plugins? They caused me some issues testing which prevented updating k2 to 2.7.0 until i can get fixes. Of course this is only going to a k2 issue.

Hi Nick,
Does content display using Protostar?

Thats where I tend to start looking?

It may be that the hide main content option reset on the update? They are the two things I would check.

Cheers

Hi Anthony,
Yes, content shows with Protostar.
'Remove mainbody output from home page' is set to OFF
I know content is there, it's just not showning

Try clicking it on and off again, also make sure that the mainbody is visible in the layout area.
If that fails please create a ticket and I will take a look.
Sounds liek a template issue since it displays in protostar.
Thanks

Thanks Anthony,
Tried all you suggested, still no luck. I'll create a ticket. Hopefully a simple solution will present itself.
