Base 3 help articles homepage

Hi

I'm creating a new website using Base3 Template. I think my ptoblem is related to the template positions but I can't seem to find the issue..
For the homepage, I have the menu item 'home' linked to an article. However, the article isn't showing on the homepage.
The test website is on www.websitetester.be.

I also want to remove the text in the sidebar position on the 2nd page 'Info bij overlijden' (This is text from another custom html module given the module style - zenslider.) but I can't find out where..
Help please :-)
Greetings
Stefanie

Hi Stefanie,

For the first point can you check the layout tab and see if this

Remove mainbody output from homepage

is enabled

With the second question

If you open and module manager and use the filters on the left -

combining the "select position" and "select type"

and chose sidebar-2 as position and custom HTML as the type

That should narrow the search down for you

When its enabled it hides the frontpage content area

So if you need to want to show the article you will need to turn it off

Thanks Paul, problem solved!

I need to create a 'family zone' where relatives can login with their own password (created by an external company who offers these services). How can I handle this best? I've never done this before..
