Changing link color of a heading (h1,h2, etc.) in an article

Is there a way to change the color of linked headers (h1, h2, etc.) in articles through the template or ThemeMagic, or does it need to be overridden in custom css? Currently linked headers display in the default text color instead of the link text color.

You would need to use the custom.css
