Base3 Login Pop-down form: How is it constructed?

Hi, I'm trying to figure out how to move the mouse-over login form to the "very top" menu. I cannot determine how/where this form is linked to the main menu item, "Login". Can you explain how it is constructed? Thank you.

Hi

You create the module first and then load it into the mega menu via the mega menu button in the admin
