Thememagic changes not taking effect

We have just recently started using the Base3 template. Any changes we make in ThemeMagic do not seem to change the webpage. We can see the changes in the ThemeMagic preview and they persist if we save, exit and go back to ThemeMagic. We can make changes to an existing theme or save a new theme but nothing changes on the site. I am guessing we have a configuration issue or are missing something in the process.

Are you able to create a ticket with login details so we can see what's happening here?
