Unable to form class error message

I'm receiving this error message when I go into ThemeMagic via the Base3 Quickstart template. Please advise in regards to a fix thanks in advance.

Ok

It looks like the T3 plugin has corrupted on the installation can you re-install the plugin - please download it via the template download page

you DON'T need to uninstall anything
