I am just playing with the Base3 Quickstart (Joomla 3.3.0) and noticed there is the Features > Layouts > Full Width link in the default main menu.

That is exactly what I am after for links to my articles.
I looked in the template layout section and there is none labelled full width.

I tried copying and renaming the Full Width menu item pointing to another article but when I follow the link nothing is displayed, no content at all.

I tried using the layout tool to make a single column but when I do the site also displays no content.

How do I setup the entire site to follow the Full Width Layout which is shown off in the Quick Start menu link?

Use the default layout in the template style/version and don't assign any sidebar to the page
