How to build a module with social icons?

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

Hi,
This one shoud be easy... but I can't make a module with social icons for Facebook, G+ and Linkedin.

I want a similar one to the demo page.

This is what I tried:

<div id="socialicons" class="zencenter mid232">
<ul>
<li>
<a class="icon3" target="_blank" href="#"><span class="foundicon-facebook"></span></a>
</li>
</ul>
</div>

Which returns an empty module...

Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi

So are you creating the module and just adding # for the link you want to display?

When you say empty module - do you mean nothing displays at all?

Cheers

The # was for testing purposes only.
Yes, nothing displays at all.

Can you turn on the module title if you haven't already

Does that display?

With the module title on, the icon is visible.

And if you disable the module name it disappears?

You can alter the css for the font in the module

Yes, without the module name, the icons disappear.

I can increase the font size, no problem.
