HI JB Team,

I have noticed that even when I unpublish an article it still displays when in category view.

this has happened in Sidewinder as well (I had to archive or trash the article have it not show).

this doesn't really work for articles that are being created, but not yet ready to publish.

Is this a bug or an incorrect setting?

I've not seen this before and when I try locally on a demo site it is unpublished on the front end - the bug would also be in the Joomla core rather than any Joomla Bamboo template or extension

Are you running any kind of caching on the site or the server?

System caching is off.

I will check in Joomla for anything about this.

HI - yep - Joomla- if you are logged in as administrator (perhaps even as publisher), all articles will show. there also might be something about removing the Featured even if it is unpublished, it may still show.

HI Paul,

For Base3, yes it was when I was logged in.

For Sidewinder, I was not. - But it turns out that the bit about unpublished but featured, it still displayed even when I was not logged in.

Removing it from the Featured list corrected that scenario.
