new Base3 Quickstart - can't upload image to subfolder, nor move it into subfolder

HI JB Team,

I just installed the Base3 Quickstart and am trying to upload images. Even when I am in a subfolder, image is placed in main location. I am also unable to move an image into any other location.

I see that this may be a bug with Joomla but want to check with you guys on the appropriate fix.

Sounds like you need to update the Joomla version to the current version

On update you may also need to do a hard refresh on the browser

Yep - you will need to update the template
