HI JB Team,

received this error when trying to install Base3 after uploading Quickstart via file manager.

Here is the error when going to www.zgsbeyondbusiness.com

Warning: preg_match(): Compilation failed: unknown option bit(s) set at offset 0 in /home/zgsbb/public_html/libraries/phputf8/utf8.php on line 48

Fatal error: PCRE is not compiled with UTF-8 support in /home/zgsbb/public_html/libraries/phputf8/utf8.php on line 49

I've never seen this error before so Googled it

Is this a new server or has it been updated?

Are you uploading the quickstart file correctly and as you normally do?

hmmm,
The files weren't even showing in the FTP client.
I'm going to reset the cpanel and try with uploading the zip file via FTP and then extract.

if that doesn't work - then I guess the file by file FTP method

Still getting same error.

Trying it with FTP option.

Have you used Joomla on it before?

I've never really seen much success uploading file by file

Its a bit over my pay grade especially as I've never seen this error before

please allow that I jump in ... both error descriptions seem to indicate something with UTF-8.

You uploaded the files with the file manager, but how about the database since it was no server install?

An idea could be check if the collation is UTF-8.
