Any re capture plugin I enable doesn't function.
Currently the default Captcha - ReCaptcha

That URL gives me Error 404 so I can suggest anything

Do you get this is using a default Joomla template?

If so its not set up correctly

Paul have done all the ReCaptcha things and they function on others I have done

Not sure what you mean by Do you get this is using a default Joomla template?
I used the contact which came via the default Base 3 installation and changed the personal details.

What do you get if you very quickly switch to the default template for a bit?

Now I am paranoid .. the contact page won't change template ... all other pages do.

Assigned the contact page to the menu now it's behaving

I can see the default Joomla template and the recaptcha isn't there

So it looks like a setting issue rather than a template glitch

Just replaced the public/private keys to be sure and nothing changes.
Change the style no different.

Weird

Obviously as you say not a template issue so I'll cease to annoy you and continue elsewhere

I downloaded a full version of the latest J!
Extracted and overwrote the components/com_contact folder

All happening now.
