I have tried to use base3 like onepage but after some hours trying to make same config that in OnePage template (arent´t exactly the same) I can get rid of this problem...
The OnePage menu shows duplicate.

Have you changed any php files outside of the template? as it is working ok for med locally when I test it

Nop.... I always made overrides of modules and componentes and with the blocks I create a renamed copy before touch the php files.

Was this a problem before you made any changes to the blocks?
What is the collapse values for the menu in theme magic?

No special problem. I only activate the onepage mode and start to add modules to the grid positions.

Hm... in theme magic the unique value that´s not related to colors (or the grid) if off-canvas and I don´t use that (I have it disabled).

Anyway we an go back with this in a couple of days. Now I have a more serious problem that you will see in a ticket that I am going to reopen.

Are you able to try replacing all the blocks with the originals and see if it goes to 1?
