Base 3 - Hikashop

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

Having a problem with the CSS on a Hikashop page.
www.ecomad.com.au/mmp_upgrade/shop-categories/product/280-vegie-bed-kit-60cm-high/category_pathway-36#install-service

I can't seem to get the layout of the product options to fit in - the drop down box buttons flow across to the right column.

Any ideas?

Try

#hikashop_product_options .chzn-container {width: 80% !important;}

That works but need to use 70% to fit it in the box on my size screen.

Problem is that if you reduce the size of your screen to mimic a tablet or phone, it says at 70% or 80% and then the same look happens with the drop down sitting outside the box.

Also the title is all squashed up.

Going crazy - will tackle again tomorrow - thanks

Maybe wrap it in media queries for the different device width?

Having issues with K2 and Base 3 on latest Joomla 3.

Installed K2 and have copied all the settings from my current Joomla 2.5 website. For some reason, the HTML looks the same, but I can't for the life of me work out why I can't make the Joomla 3 K2 category view look the same as whats on the Joomla 2.5 site.

If you go here:
www.ecomad.com.au/mmp_upgrade/our-services/residential-services

I am trying to move the heading and the intro text to the right of the image. In Joomla 2.5 site, I have made the image float: right; and the heading and text lines up to the right. But doing the same thing now, it won't work. I just can't see what the difference is - probably staring at it so long I can't see what might be obvious.

Had me thinking for a while as you already added a float

The problem is the h2 has a clear which nullifies the float so also try adding

.latestItemsCategory h2 {clear: none;}

Thanks Paul - that did it. I did try deleting the image and putting it in the WSYWIG which worked fine - but much easier this way.
