Base3 interfer with jQuery?

Hi

I'm trying out Base3 on a site that have been upgradet from Joomla 1.5 to 2.5.

On the old site, and this new I use Simple Image Gallery Pro latest version.
When I have Base3 template as default, the jQuery does not work as it should with Simple Image Gallery Pro.
Images opens in new window instead of on top of the page I'm on.

If I change template to example Beez5, Simple Image Gallery Pro is working as it should with jQuery.

Any one know how to make these work together?

Managed to find a solution that works on my site for this problem.

Installed plugin "jQuery Easy"
extensions.joomla.org/extensions/core-enhancements/performance/jquery-scripts/18327

Installed and turned "jQuery + jQuery UI" on.
