So sorry for the delay and an inconvenience this has caused.
The developor is looking into the issue again. It seems liek it may be popping up a bit:

github.com/okfocus/okvideo/issues/25

In the meantime is the customer able to use Vimeo?

Or I have just figured out another hack here that will work until the script is fixed. Just wondering if you are happy for me to implement that? It means removing the fullscreen video and then using a 100% height and width embed. It will look a little different but Ive just tested it here and it works.

Ok just tried with vimeo and it works fine.
I'll keep with vimeo for now but maybe future videos the customer ask to me to get in will be from youtube.
anyway, i'll keep the same password i sent you in the ticket for now, just to let you check if you want.
if you don't need, tell me so i'll change them.
