Cannot install Profil quickstart

the problem was solved, the hosting got installed php 5.3 but last joomla need 5.4
They activated the 5.4 on my domain.

Joomla 3 can work on 5.3 but it would depend on what version of 5.3.x

That said working on 5.4 is a better option as its newer and more secure
