Hello I've been trying to install the Profilr quickstart package (JB_Profilr_Quickstart_J323_v1.0.2.zip) since this morning, but it keeps me giving the same error:

Thanks Paul, very much... I've downloaded and installed without a problem... one additional question: when I visualize my site on the iPhone, the "profile" photo is show, and the tagline, but if I press on the pic nothing happens (i.e.: can't enter the site), I can only "visualize" the sidebar options, if I turn the iPhone horizontally... do you know if I am missing something in order to make it work?

Hi,

I just downloaded the quick start but i'm unable to install.
It's a brand new webspace, I tried to install a new joomla 2.5 and I have no problem, but if i try to install the quick start the procedure doesn't work.
Just i fill the name, email and admin name and password when i click on next nothing happen and It remains in the same page.

It is the first quick start and the first time i use a template from joomlabamboo..

I tried to delete all files several times and reupload the quick star.zip then unzip on the server, nothing works.

joomla 2.5 ita stable from joomla website works well

The quickstart is for Joomla3 does your host support it?

I've tried this on a localhost and it works fine

Just uploaded joomla 3.2.3 ita stable and I got the same error..
It is strange because i have other joomla 3 on other domains but on the same hosting.
I'm talking with the help desk, I'll let you know.
