Hello,
I just noticed a bug in the display of the Off-Canvas menu on iOS 9.3
The problem does not seem to be present in iOS 8.x (tested on Browserstack on physical phone: quick.as/wP0pinBv2 ) and I have not encountered this problem on Android 4.x and 5.x.

I noticed this bug on physical phones (iPhone 5, 5C, 6 and 6S plus) and not on emulators.

The problem: the Off-Canvas menu appears normally for a a fraction of second then the menu shrinks and shifts up, so it’s impossible to reach the menu links.

I'll check if this is still the method we add as it did affect carousels I think

Yes IOS introduced a change which can cause this effect

Can you try changing so it reads shrink-to-fit=no"
