Very top menu not working

Hello, I had bought the New Lifestyle template and the whole site worked perfectly up until a few weeks ago, when the Very Top Menu started to not work all the time.

I load the page and when I hover my cursor, it doesn't always display the submenus. Why is this happening and what must be done to fix it?

My current template version is 2.0.4

Can you confirm the browser or any particular pages you see this on?

As I can't seem to see the problem

When this issue crops up it normally means a jquery conflict between extensions - so it can be on specific pages
