Error in Quickstart - Can't install

Hi there,
I'm trying to install the most current New LIfestyle quickstart package and getting the following error at the top of the first page of the joomla install screen. Can't get past this page either.
JB_NewLifestyle_Quickstart_J330_v2.0.4.zip

I'm trying to setup in a completely new and empty cpanel space,
/tmp does exist and permissions are 0755

Hi

Have you installed other quickstarts to this hosting company and or server?

As these look like core joomla files has the host any suggestions?
