JB_Lifestyle2_J2.5_J3+_v1.0.2.zip - this appears to be the current version that I have installed

Its there its just not easy to see - try adding

.t3-mainnav button.navbar-toggle span, .t3-mainnav button.navbar-toggle i{color:#fff !important;}
