Lifestyle2 - Cannot change layout

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

Hi,

I am trying to upgrade from J2.5 to 3.3. And it is everything but easy. At least, I finally got passed the "white screen". As for Joomlabamboo templates I upgraded from lifestyle to lifestyle2 and that works to a great part (see test.lsc-badhomburg.de).

But I would like to change the module positions on home. Just, I cannot seem to find the functionality to do so (see screenshot). I have a certain feeling, that maybe JQuery might not be activated? But I have no clue how I would need to do that. Could you please help me?

Tx, Steffen

So no layout grids viewable in that screen?

Do you have a index.html file in the root of the site?

Yepp, no layout grids.

And no, I do not have an index.html file, only an index.php file.

Do you see any errors listed in the console window?
Any conflicts?

Hi Paul,

I am not sure, what you mean by "console window". Under the menu point "extension", with database, warnings etc. there is nothing.

Turning the PHP error warnings on maximum, I get this:
Notice: Constant _UE_REG_REJECT_SUB already defined in /homepages/44/d430778591/htdocs/test.lsc-badhomburg.de/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/language/german/german.php on line 422

Hi Paul,

removed it. Still no grid, but the error went away:

You are trying this is the admin side - right?

You mean, if I am doing this as admin? Yes.

I could of course open a ticket and send you a login. Maybe that would be easier?

sorry I wasn't clear - you are checking for errors while in the template admin settings?

Ah, ok :)

Well, what I do is, I change the settings, clear the cache just to be safe and then go back into the template (the page, where I made the screenshot) and have a look, if there is the grid now...
