Retina images

Hello,
I try to integrate the retina.js script to display icons in high resolution, I followed the instructions that are explained on OSTraining.com
I put the script before closing <head> tag in the custom code configuration and copied the retina.js file inside the js folder of the template, but the file named @2x is not loaded.
I tried EasyJoomla extension but the result is the same, probably because this extension uses the same script (retina.js).
Do you have an explanation for me?

Thank you

Have you checked the path to the js file is correct using the browser console window?
