Thank you Paul for you answer...

I do not know if the problem is the translation, I do not think so, but I discovered something that maybe can help us...

if I disactive the original menu module, the menu satays there! this means that maybe it is a megamenu and that I need to recreate it in the second language site?

How can I do this?

Hi Stefania,

I create separate template styles with different menus in for the different languages

I'm not familiar with how the JA extension works I'm afraid
