Rename "more" in top menu

Hi JB Team !
I inquire a mod_custom module with position Panel1, it had a mention "more" at the end of the top menu (top menu has position TOP4)
First, I don't understand why the Panel position is at the end of my top menu
And, how can I modify the title "More" ?

The "more" is controlled by the text in the effects tag

The position of the "more" is controlled by the template
