Hi there,
Do you mean the actual offline screen?

If so the theme may or may not have an offline theme.

You can create a custom one by copying the offline.php file from templates/system folder.

We are due to release a template next week and are creating a 404 and offline files for that template

We will then add those to other templates

Does this fit in with your time scales?
