Banner image not displaying with zentools

Hi,

I've assigned a single item Gallery in the banner position of two menu items. I have a folder with a single image that is assigned to the image directory setting.
When I load the pages, the banner is not displayed...

Below are screenshots of my settings.

The links to the two menus are:
181.224.135.107/~florenti/index.php/produkte/aetherische-oele
181.224.135.107/~florenti/index.php/florentia-produktkategorien/kategorie/12-aetherische-oele

Do you have responsive image options in the zentools module enabled? - can you turn them off if that is the case

I've disabled the responsive option. But the result is the same. Just a blank frame that is displayed
