I have a vertical menu in a sidebar that seems to style correctly - using "eco" color scheme. The Main Menu displays the Active item with a dark brownish color that is easy to see, but when the sidebar menu is active, the Active item color is very difficult to distinguish from the other menu items. It is selected - it is a different color - but the contrast is weak.
Where can I set the Active link in this vertical, sidebar menu to BOLD? (or a stronger color)

Oh, sure - thought you could see it in previous links.

Its this line you need to target

Thanks - getting the hang of this. Is this a file that is likely to be overwritten if an upgrade happens? I'm a little confused. Should I have made a copy of the New Life template before changing, or is it ok to change in the eco theme?

Don't make any changes to core css files - add and styling that is either new or overriding existing styling to the custom.css file

Otherwise it will be lost if you compile or update the template
