I cannot get rid of the space above the Menu and the top Grids in New Lifestyle template.

I suppose it is a container that has a set height.

Thanks for that. I though that a statement like this had to go under a css heading. Need to learn more css.
To think that in a previous life I was a fortran (yeah I'm old), pascal, visual basic and database programmer. Taken up websites part time now full time - need to understand this css stuff a bit better.

Can you recommend a good book.
