Hi,
can you please check why when I click on a read more link on the slider and other modules I dont see it anywhere.

Something is wrong with it.

Thanks,
Gorast

That is a solution of a readmore link also or only of the menu items?

sorry I think I may have misunderstood - I thought you were saying the readmore link didn't work e.g. it refreshes the home page

Do you have a link?

Cheers

Hi,
yes. Clicking the caption, or read more takes me nowhere. Just mess up the frontpage.

Hi

It does look like the problem I listed

Do you have existing menu links pointing to where the read mores go to?

Joomla needs a menu link to load the correct page - as that article describes

Hi,
do I get the guide right. I need to make hidden link for every article I made in order to be shown in the main part on the website?

Thanks,
Gorast

It depends how you want to do it really - you can do individual links or one link for the entire category

I still dont get it.
1. I make article
2. There is a read more link on it (in modules or peagebreak)
3. When I click the Read more/caption that should open the article

That Joomla used to work. Why is here different?

It needs a valid menu link without it the slideshow readmore won't work - can be pointing to the correct article or as a category blog link pointing to the articles category

Does this apply to any read more link? Fint us and Find out more also dont work.

Gorast

EDIT:
Even you demo site links dont work. Dont get me wrong, I like your designs, that's why I subscribed and I never worked with JomlaBamboo backend frameworks before but this is very very complicated compared to the subscriptions I have with other Joomla developers. When I click Article caption or text or whatever is set to be link, I should get that in the main window + the surrounding.

Honestly I still hope that I'm not getting this right and that there is a global fix for this to work for everything.

Right :)

Open a ticket with the access details in it and I'll create a dummy menu for them

so that they point to the right demo article

Its not a bug as such - a link is required for any module of this type be it Joomla Bamboo or another provider's extension

It was a mistake on our part however to not have the links on the system for the quickstart

Joomla works using menu links - modules assigned etc - Joomla breaks down when it doesn't understand what to link to what

I'll have a look at your site now
