Hello!

Thank you for the new template!
However.. I am getting some errors.
I just installed the template, I used the demo material - quickstart package

Under Components there are 2 Components which are new to me, and when selected produce an error:
Ajax Interface :
Error

Please specify response format other that HTML (json, raw, etc.)
InvalidArgumentException: Please specify response format other that HTML (json, raw, etc.)

Content History:
An error has occurred.

500 View not found [name, type, prefix]: contenthistory, html, contenthistoryView

Also, is it safe to update Joomla to the latest 3.2.2 ?

Thank you

The administrator has disabled public write access.
Which components are producing this error for you?

It is NOT currently safe to upgrade to Joomla 3.2.2 - we have discovered a bug - can I strongly suggest waiting till we update the thread I added to the forum regarding this

Cheers

Hello I have attached an image showing the component drop down.

You will see
Ajax Interface
and
content history.

I dont know what these are to do, and they both produce the errors stated when I click on them.

Thank you

Hi,

The ajax component was added in joomla 3.2 and is a core extension.
It shouldn't be showing in the components menu though.
Did it appear after updating or was it there as soon as you installed the quickstart?

regards,

Rob

The administrator has disabled public write access.
It looks like the quickstart package needs an update.

There is a doc on how to fix this here docs.joomla.org/J3.2:AJAX_and_Content_History_menu_items_are_displaying_in_the_components_menu

If you open a ticket and add phpmyadmin details we can fix this for you.

Regards,

Rob
