I use very nice One page template and can't hide article title using two know ways (article settings and menu settings). I use Joomla!: 3.4.5.
Seems to me here it's more tricky. Please, help

Have you checked the global option for the page tab display tab?

It's listed under menus in the global config

If it disabled try turning it back on and save
Then turn it off and save

When trying your method I discovered it's not article title (this I was able to hide from the start) it's something different and I don't know what's that and I can't turn it off.
The line sounds exactly like meta description of the article but when I delete this, it's still there.
Firebug shows this: "<div class="nav-collapse collapse always-show zencenter"> but I still have no idea what is that (((
