Hi support team,

By opening ThemeMagic, in place of website preview i just will see the following error message: "Gateway Time-out, The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application."

Choosing another theme causes a new error message: "You have navigated to another page which using another template or your current preview page does not support LESS. ThemeMagic has been temporarily disabled."

Is there a way to fix this?

Hi Paul,

I've tested just now with the latest release 2.4.8 of T3 Framework plugin without success.

I didn't upgrade from a previous version of Joomla. For this website i installed Joomla 3.4.1 first-time.

Do you see any error listed in the browser console window when trying to load it?

Do you have a index.html file in the root of the site?

When trying to load ThemeMagic the browser console window responds:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 504 (Gateway Time-out) d24091.ispservices.at/planungsprofi.at/index.php?themer=1&t3style=planungsprofi&t3tmid=9

No, i don't have a index.html file in the root of the site.

Should i create a support ticket?
