zentools misbehaving

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

Hi, I just happened to visit my own website and saw that zentools is not working,Home page two instances stopped showing and I have enabled the slideshow on the Contact page just to see if there was some kind of interference, but its not displaying at all except for the dots, I checked the articles that are referenced and they are published, shall I submit a ticket?
I updated Joomla to latest version and downloaded a fresh zentools and installed it too,
Many thanks!
Carin

Hi Carin,

I can't see anything obviously broken on the home page

and I see 3 images animating on the contact us link

I don't see any browser console error apart from a k2 error

Cheers

Wow, I think this has happened before and I don't remember why, I have tried chrome and firefox and 2 computers, cleared cache in backend and this is what I see

There should be a slideshow and under that a testimonial slideshow, then the website images under that-all 3 are zentools. Also the site is running super slow I've never seen it go white between pages. Arghhh, I am having the joomla curse these last few days!
I guess I will just wait till tomorrow and maybe it will all show up again!!

I'm not seeing any real delay on the site loading

It is possible I'm seeing a previously cached version

So waiting till tomorrow sounds a good idea

does your site host have its own cache, operating independently of Joomla? (Mine does, and I constantly have to go to cpanel to turn it off when working on the site, or to flush it after updates.)

Yes that can be a problem

Supercacher on siteground is a constant issue on here

It is useful but does need to be disabled during development to avoid confusion

Paul found it! The site is on cloudflare, I Paused Cloudflare then purged the Entire Cache, thanks again Paul!
