Nebula Templates>Layout no longer working

I have an older website that has been running the Nebula template for a couple years. When I opened the template recently, the layout pane no longer works, and it reset the module positions on my homepage so it is all messed up. I cannot reset the widths of the modules. It is almost like it is loading the homepage view into the backend. Please see attached screenshot to see what I mean. Any ideas? Thank you!!
