Can't view modules in Admin console - NEBULA

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

Hi Nader,

I just a screenshot of the component menu dropdown as per my screenshot - I want to see what it looks like on your site

the arrow didn't mean the joomla update - I just want to see what is listed on the components dropdown list

Cheers

just to add, it seems inconsistent. i went into one of the modules and i got an ajax error message but it didn't stop me from making my edits and saving. when i went back into it, the message was not there

Thanks - was expecting to see something about ajax not installed - so it isn't this

Have you cleared any browser, site or server caches?

Have you checked the server logs?

Cheers

I've cleared the Joomla cache which allowed me to actually get into the modules as I was unable to in the beginning, but server cache? Is that the same thing? Also, where can I see the server logs?

Hi Nader,

Both would be the hosting cpanel

Not all hosts have server caching enabled but siteground does as an example

Ok, I'll give that a shot. It doesn't seem to hinder me, but does come up inconsistently.

Thanks,
Nader

Hi Paul,

I have one last thing and it's driving me nuts :)

I have one menu item that should have 5 menu items under it, but they won't load in the mega menu. What am I doing wrong? I have attached two screen shots to show you how one functions properly and the other "Resource Center" won't. How do I fix this? I just need the menu items to load and I'm all done with the site. Please advise! Thanks!

Never mind. Apparently I had the menu items listed as Guest access only. Please ignore :)
