Hi, I've installed Nebula template on Joomla 3.3.
These are the problems:
- when I scroll page down, it appear a white band fixed top. I don't want it because when I scroll website on tablet or smartphone, I can't see a page content.

- on tablet and smartphone (I use megamenu) menu don't work well: if I click on menu and I scroll page, It desappears so I can't use menu!

- there are many problem whit Ipad and MAC visualization

Can you help me?

Are you using the latest version of the template?

What number version do you have installed?

I think it will be the same version number however in regards to the template

can you attach a screenshot of the ipad as I don't see the same issue

I'm sorry, but I havn't Ipad. I think the problem is the same of smartphone!

I don't see a white band on the site

I see an issue with the logo coming slightly down the page

Do you mean the menu isn't sticky?
Sticky menus don't work well on mobiles so they are moved

Hi, I'm trying to solve the problem. I was can't work on website before.
At the moment, first problem is that on smartphone I can't chose every link on website menu (on the left). I can click only on principal link but not on submenu:
WORKS (OK)
--LE CREAZIONI
----CARDS & TAGS (if I click on, it don't open the page)
----ALBUM (if I click on, it don't open the page)
----LAYOUT (if I click on, it don't open the page)
----....

Can you confirm the device you are using?

I will ask the developers about this as I thought their was an issue similiar to this that was fixed

Hi! I've installed Joomla 3.4 and Nebula template as a new website.
Now It's OK.
I have this problem on menu administrator on frontend. I've created a new link to create and modofy K2 articles but when I click on it I see this error:

Hi,

Looks like there is an issue with your database. I would use the fix database tool in the sites admin.

This is for J2.5 and the interface has chnaged but it will give you the idea:
