There you can now see the discs etc...

Can this be changed so that the LOGO doesn't interfere with the other parts of the slideshow?

Hi Tony,

Not the normal request given the shape of the logo - so you may have to experiment looking at different option

I'm not sure why you need to use the play / pause buttons

Try

#bannerwrap .zentools .grid_nine {
width: 45.05%;
margin-left: 25%;
}

for the positioning

Have you tried with the slideshow navigation using center and removed the play and pause?

Are we looking at the circles that aren't round?

.zentools .slide-controller ul.slidenav.zencenter li, .zentools .slide-controller.zencenter ul.slidenav li.flex-active {
padding: 0 8px 0 8px !important;
}

Does this and above adversely affect other slideshow modules?

If so try adding the module id after #bannerwrap
