Sidebar Menu not always showing

Hi There,

On The Front
J3.3

When I select the sidebar 2 menuitem it will take me to the correct page,
yet the sidebar 2 menu is no longer viewable


When I go to admin to check corresponding module.
Go to Menu Assignment
Not all the menu Items are there to even select them

I have rebuilt the menu
repaired and optimised tables

I suspect the two issues are connected, any suggestions on way to fix

Have you checked the database via extension manager?

I had tried the database fix, ended out

purged cache, logged out and in

I selected all and deselected the ones I did not want

I now have what I wanted and there is no error in menuitems showing in Menu Assignment,
