Image not appearing in slide4 position

On the link below, in the last slide, the module isn;t rendering an image. This is true whether I use zentools (as now) or a custom html module. Suggestions?

The module is published to the right position and to this page?

I've had this question before and it worked for me when trying it

I should mention as somebody who is as blind as a bat that I can't read the drop down menu content
