Nebula Zen Slider Nav/Tabs - Change to bold text

I've been trying to sift through css to find a way to change/manipulate the text in the tabs which are a part of the zen slider nav in the Nebula Template. I need the text for each tab (Support Groups, Counseling, Coaching for Captains & School Programs) to be bolded or different color or . .. . maybe change the color of the box they are sitting in and make them white text. Either way, I can't seem to figure out the css with the inspect element and poking around in the template css.url: secondgrowth.org
Could someone guide me to the right css? I guess I'm not as capable in css as I thought!
Update: I THINK its #sliderwrap ul.nav-tabs . . . testing . . .
