Nebula Template–remove trigger panel and plus sign

Hello! I was trying to remove the trigger panel and the plus sign that brings up the panel via the Template Manager, but it doesn't I can remove it. Any advice/direction? Anyone already do this?

Hi Maria,

For disabling the panel turn off any panel modules in module manager
