Missing component.css

Hi,

Nebula v.1.4.0
J3.2.3

site/templates/nebula/component.php is looking for /css/component.css

There is no such file.

(I discovered this trying to fix a print problem in FireFox, Opera and Internet Explorer. But I don't think this has anything to do with the print problem, do you?)
