Long menu does not appear on screen

Hello my Friends

I am using the Nebula template for a client, I have a menu item for healthy recipes, I then have added each recipe as a sub menu item so they are easily accessed.

THere are about 8 recipes, the last 2 on the list fall below the screen and are not accessable unless I reduce my screen size to 85%, I am using Chrome.

Is there a setting that can help me with this, I tried doing 2 columns but then each column is way too narrow.
