How do I get rid of the floating navbar in Nebula?

I want to get rid of this feature. I wonder how I do this. I went to Templates but could not see what I could do. I have the Quick Start template installed.
I solved it. I went to Templates again and under "Effects", I chose "No" for sticky nav.
