Change menu appearance

Hi,
I would like to change the whole appearance of the menu from this
menuihave.jpg


to this:
menuiwant.jpg


(I'm working on localhost so cant put a link to the site.)

What css should I add?

I'm afraid this is a bit beyond the level of support we offer given the work involved
