Hi,

I am just getting my feet wet with this T3 stuff so I need some elementary help. Using J2.5.x.

I have a square-ish logo, 117 w X 130 h. I need to shift things around to accommodate.

I certainly know how to do this the old way. Not really sure where everything is for T3, development mode, LESS, etc. I am a bit confused.

Any help would be dandy!

Thanks,
Helen

What are you wanting to do and what code are you looking to change?

you can change the css via adding css to the custom.css file as normal

Using thememagic is fine as once you compile it will changed the css files

but

any css changes you have to make any custom.css
- any changes/additions to the custom.css file protect them from being deleted by being recompiled or by the template being updated

how about if I do a "Save As" and create a new theme, does that get lost upon updating template? If so, I need to understand where that styles.css lives now.

It creates a new theme file which isn't erased so you are safe on that front
